Premier Fort Club Hotel - Full Board

It was not the first time for us at Premier Fort. The apartments are spacious and clean. We also had a nice view over the sea. The meals were good and we had enough options to choose from. The beach is not that wide but we did not have issues finding a spot. I like the fact that there is a lean slope when entering the water, so it's suitable for children.

I would have liked to have an extra drying wrack. We were 6 people and there were a lot of towels and bathing suits to dry. We used the chairs on the balcony and the railings.

The hotel is great, the pools are perfect for both children and adults, the food is very good. The apartment we had was big, confortable for 4 people. The activities for kids are also very nice!

The floors in the apartment were not so clean, they don’t have carpets. The staff is not friendly or nice at all! They never smile! In our last day, we had to leave the room at 12.00. Our small kid was still sleeping and the ladies who wanted to clean the room just entered and started cleaning with us there. It was 12:10! I considered this very rude! The beach is very nice, but you have to pay extra for beach beds and umbrellas, the hotel does not cover these.

What makes it great is the level of details the go into to make sure overall edperience is perfect. For example: if you finish a plate it will dusappear from your tabel in less than a minute.

Monitor the pool against jumping and inflatables on the slide. But this is more on the guest side to behave.

Cleanliness, facilities and convenience

- The girls clearing the table are annoyingly “agile”. They asks if we finished eating in less than 50% of the occasions and one of them, in front of us, literally took the plate from my child’s hand! - Large water mattresses should be banned in swimming pools. Some of them are so big that only 3-4 can cover the pool. The Sea is for these… - It would be nice if the hotel offered some sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach as well.

Rooms are ok - clean, but nothing really stands out. Pools are very ok.

We stayed for 8 nights. The word I can best use to describe the stay is "mediocre". Room was clean, but seemed put together on the fly. Shower was leaking and hot water run out after 2 short showers. The food was really really bland - no taste whatsoever and the dishes kept repeating every day. Pool and staff were friendly. Would not recommend or go a second time.
