Gostei do quarto da vista é da localização

Não havia pequeno almoço e o ar condicionado estava avariado.

Good location, comfortable bed and pillows, shower clean, everything clean. I recommend!

We chose this accommodation because breakfast and access to the swimming pool were included in the price, and we also had free cancellation up to about one week before check-in. However, upon arrival, we were informed that they were not able to provide breakfast and that the pool was out of service due to damage caused by bad weather in February. We were not given any prior notice of these issues, which meant we were unable to reconsider or cancel our booking within the allowed timeframe. Regarding compensation, the handling of the situation was also confusing and disappointing. Initially, we were offered a free night for a future stay (within a two-night booking), which we considered completely unsuitable as we do not know if we will return to Constância. After we expressed this, we were offered €20, which we found inadequate and offensive. Only afterwards was it clarified that this amount was actually €20 per day (for two days), totalling €40. We still do not know how or when this amount will be reimbursed, or even if it will be processed at all. Even so, this compensation seems insufficient given that key services advertised were not provided. Additionally, the listing still does not indicate that the swimming pool is unavailable, which we find misleading. While we understand that unforeseen circumstances can happen, we believe we should have been informed in advance. Overall, the situation felt deceiving, as the services advertised were not delivered and the resolution process was not handled clearly.

Muito espaçoso e boa decoração, localização excelente.

Um transtorno enorme de ter escolhido e pago alojamento por ter pequeno almoço incluido e não terem dado PA, as 21h perguntei onde seria e horas, foi só a essa hora que disseram que não seria possível ter no dia seguinte. Causou um trantorno enorme pois teria de sair para uma corrida cedo e a horas que tudo estaria fechado, avisaram tão tarde que fiquei sem alternativa.

Perto de tudo e muito agradável.

Faltou a touca de banho para as senhoras. Nada tendo a ver com o alojamento em si, a estrada muito estreita mesmo para lá chegar. Com um carro grande é uma aventura, se não ficarem entalados.
