"Noisy. Pool not working. Rude staff."

Location. Clean. Spacious.

VERY noisy. We couldn't sleep after 6 AM due to the noise on the room located abouve ours. We booked this hotel specifically due to the swimming pool, which no one warned us in advance (nor once we checked-in) that was not working. After complaining with the staff, who said they couldn't do anything on a rude way, and after countless calls and messages, the owner decided to give us a refund, which we think was possibly the only right thing to do. Our weekend was totally ruined.

Espaço super cosy e muito cuidado. Boa apresentação

Super impessoal . Não houve qualquer contacto ao nível do check-in nem check-out. Vimos uma funcionária no PA, muito simpática e trabalhadora, mas foi só isso.
