This hotel is so wonderful and gorgeous! So clean and fresh. The location is full of life and culture. I loved the food and room service

There is no ATM. I like to keep alot of money on me to tip

The rooms are clean, new and comfortable.

The staff is friendly but hardly speak any English making requests or directions almost impossible and I had yo show them how to use the POS trying to settle the bill by credit card. Internet comes on and off. I was without warm water part of my stay. No ATM on the premises. These issues are identical to my stay 2 years ago so unfortunately there was no effort done to improve them.

"My stay at IVY Hotel in Bishoftu"

The room is big and very clean, the bed is nice, Internet is good, and the gym

The shower, water pressure is low and water in not hot, just warm, the breakfast they need to add fruits and fresh juice such as watermelon, bananas, oranges etc. Brown bread also was missing

The free breakfast was amazing and even had a buffet. The toilet was very clean.

Nothin absoloutly perfect. Bring it to england.

Hotel room excellent 👌 love the staff very helpful and friendly.

Parking could be better and need some work on gardening and views.
