Housekeeping did a good Job Food and Roomservice was not bad Also Maintenence after one Complain a Rainshower Head was replaced same Day during my abcense Since this Hotel has only a very Limited SPA (Steam and Gym) Front Desk Manager arranged Booking and Taxi for Pyramid Resort. The Day I checked out my Check-out Time was changed from 11:00 a.m. to 2 p.m. FOC

Elevator stops between the Floors - my Room was 301 and I think I paid more than Standard Room... Internet VPN was difficult and IT Person was required to make it run. Closed Windows have almost 1cm Air Gap to Wall when closed. Do the Guest have to bring some Foam-Seal from Home As a Result there is almost no difference in Noise Level from main Road when Window is opened or closed. In addition I had to purchase some Insect-Killer Spray to get rid of these unwanted creatures. Some of the Staff have a good English Level but most not. The Car from Hotel Driver Mesfin is in very bad shape. If you choose to have a warm Shower you need to wait up to 4 Minutes unless that arrives. Water pressure could also be higher.
