Location to the ferry was good. Could see the lake from our room.

No breakfast was offered. Could have been something as simple as bagels.

There were several disturbing things with my stay. I have a disability and the location in the back of building has a crack in the sidewalk north end of the building. If not for my friend who caught me I would have fallen. This needs to be fixed. It is a trip hazard especially for people with disabilities. Going out to the patio the concrete is down about 2 inches from other concrete. The cost is fairly high considering the restaurant is closed which did not know, no clock in the rooms, no shampoo available to guests.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. We were within walking distance to the beach and park. Plenty of things for the kids to do.

Great little place! One of the cleanest places I've ever stayed! Granted, things are not brand new, but it was clean and everything worked. Everyone was so friendly!!

We really wanted a coffee maker in our room. Yes, you could go to the lobby area for free coffee in the mornings, but we really would have preferred something in our room.
