very quiet and peaceful, excellent mattresses

the extra hot water in the bathtub locked in place and I could not turn it off. Had to get dressed and find maintenance people. a chair in the room cracked and broke, carpet and chair heavily stained

Location, cleanliness, ability to book just one or two nights, able to change reservation up to 2 days ahead, able to reserve with credit card and no down payment

no dead bolts, no hair dryer

The staff was extremely accommodating an friendly..large rooms, beds were pretty comfortable, everything is pretty retro but was good (nothing was broken or dingy). Everything looked exactly like the pictures, if you have more than 2 things 2 plug in bring a power strip, luckily I always travel with power strips just incase.

This a minor dislike but the rooms don't have personal microwaves is the only thing I could complain about...there is a communal one in the lobby but with covid an flu/colds not very safe...maybe have a sanitizer there so people can spray the front of microwave to kill any germs/viruses..

The hospitality, awesome location and great restaurant next door!
