Hotel great punjab

Breakfast was not included. Location is five minutes walk from the railway station. Food in the restaurant was very good. We had mutton thali and Maharashtrian thali. The reception area was beyond my expectations.

The room could have been a little bit more modern, if you know what I mean

Had a pleasant stay at Brindavan Garden Courtyard Villa, Vagamon. The location is peaceful, the villa is newly built with a fully equipped kitchen, and caretaker Roshan was very polite and helpful.

However, during heavy rains, the courtyard area got flooded which caused some inconvenience. Also, basic amenities like bedsheets, towels, and toiletries were missing

I did not stay here as planned. The hotel had no room reserved for me. They told me that they do not take room bookings from Booking.Com seriously because the customers often do not turn up and the hotel loses money. They offered me a different room at a much higher rate. I refused their offer and stayed elsewhere. It was actually good for me because Hotel Greater Punjab had lousy rooms, bad linen, poor cleanliness, etc The only thing going in their favor is that they are close to the Railway Station.
