Ok ..

Bathrooms are too much slippery. Pillows have bad smell. Bedsheets ok. Lift not working. Except these issues room is ok.

Nearby railway station. They did provide toilet papers and towels, but we had to ask for it.

NO HOT WATER AT NIGHT!!!! Hotel refused to provide hot water, saying that hot water is only available at 5-10AM. What type of “3-star hotel” this is?! Reception staff had an arrogant attitude. Not welcoming at all. Bed sheets and towels are severely stained. We had to ask for towels, sheets, soap etc . They were not provided when we checked in the room. A lot noises from outside all night, and noises of guests inside. Bathroom window was broken and mosquitos came in. Restaurant and washroom were dirty. Room smelt like car / machine exhaust.
