"Amazing stay, overall a perfect getaway stay"

The staff were very courteous and made us feel valued. The room was very spacious and very clean. Near to the station and would love to visit again. The food was okay.

The Bengali fish curry was little disappointing

The location is good, the Room is good, good food

The gym and swimming pool were closed, I had a meeting to attend and I asked them to allow me to take the meeting anywhere in the hotel for 45min, but they asked me to use reception/restaurant. I was not expecting that from a ****(4star hotel)

"Good Hotel. Good Food. Underground parking available."

The overall hotel & quality of food.

There was no lift from parking to the hotel lobby. I had to walk through the parking zone.
