The hotel is somewhat dated, and certain areas—such as the bathrooms—did not always appear as clean as expected. However, the staff were very kind and accommodating, and promptly changed our room upon request. My special thanks to the chef—the pastries in particular were outstanding. We were very pleased with both the variety and quality of the breakfast. We were visiting Delhi to see the Lotus Temple, and the highlight of our stay was having a room with a view of it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

The bathroom showed some signs of wear, which is understandable given the age of the building. However, this did not negatively impact my overall impression of the hotel.

Location wise it's nice

Room wasn't comfortable..wooden floor kept creaking constantly when stepped upon..could hear clear loud noises from adjacent room as it was only separated by a locked door. That was really disappointing

Positive Experience: I had a generally pleasant stay at Eros Hotel New Delhi Nehru Place. The staff was polite, cooperative, and supportive throughout most of my stay. The hotel is well-maintained, clean, and located in a very convenient area, which makes it a good choice for travelers.

Areas for Improvement: However, there were a few experiences that need attention: 1. Check-in Experience: I had specifically requested a pool-side room at the reception multiple times, and the staff agreed. However, upon entering the room, it was a back-side room, which was disappointing. During checkout, when I raised this concern, the staff insisted it was a pool-side room, which was not correct. As a repeat guest (this was my 5th stay), I am familiar with the property layout, so this felt misleading. I was quite tired at the time, so I did not escalate the issue further, but it left a negative impression. 2. Restaurant Service: During breakfast, a chef approached me and offered items like idli. I accepted, but the item was never served. This lack of follow-through was disappointing. 3. Kitchen Environment: There was noticeable loud noise coming from the kitchen area, and the staff behavior seemed unprofessional at times. This affected the overall dining experience and did not match the expectations of a 5-star hotel. Overall: While the hotel has great potential with its location and supportive staff, attention to service consistency and communication would significantly improve the guest experience.
