Old room Poor meal- serving was much less than last time Toilet flush was old model

As a repeat guest, I decided to spend my birthday at Eros hotel this year. When the hotel staff were informed of the same, they made exhaustive and extensive arrangements to make my day special. From cakes, to swan art arrangement to features of my room, everything was a class apart. As per usual their customer service was top notch along with delicious food that I celebrated with. I would like to thank the staff for their hospitality and generosity.

So far one of the best place to stay.

I think due to budget cut every where, I used to get frest apple in our room and a flower. this time there was nothing.
