Location was perfect for us as we were visiting a friend who lives nearby Breakfast selection was good and the food overall was fine The staff were helpful friendly and accommodating

The bed seemed smaller than our double. The quilt was too small. The bedroom walls were dirty with balls of dust and cobwebs on them, Cobwebs were floating from the ceiling. The grey grout in the shower had black mould as did the outside of the shower cubicle. The expel aire did not work nor did the shaver socket

Location was perfect for my needs, free parking to rear. Garden great for warmer weather. Old worldly interior decor, nice! Service and food spot on. Room was small and mine did not have a bath per the picture they show, but the rain shower was great!

Loo didn't flush too well, in bedroom. Kitchen closes 8pm. Great bed linen but mattress could do with turning over or replacing.
