Lairds House

I found Laird's House a very inviting, comfortable and homely accommodation. The staff were very happy and always helpful. My room was made comfortable every day I was there. Bed made, room tidied. Even the tea, milk and biscuits were stocked every day. I bought my own milk because I thought it wouldn't be refilled, but I needn't have bothered. After coming back from a day of walking with my dog a cup of tea and a biscuit was great 😃 Even my dog was given dog treats every time he saw a member of staff. The restaurant food at Laird's House really was amazing and in my opinion great value for your money. I would most definitely stay here again.

Location. Comfortable bed. Good pillows. Nice breakfast. Ver good evening meal. Friendly staff.

Shower worked but needed a bit of maintenance.

Very old but clean and full of mystery and history.

No bath robes when there's a bath in the room, no bubble bath and worn looking bath mat. Rooms and hallways could have done with a lick of paint, scuffs on walls etc
