"Poor experience, wouldn’t stay again. I wasn’t expecting 5 star but it was certainly worse than I imagined"

Nothing, not great for disability access. No lift

Needs a refurbishment, smells weird, sofa bed was filthy we had to ask to change rooms.

Lovely helpful staff, nice room, windows open and heating. Clean room with all we needed.

Very hard bed and sofa bed was ok just had misplaced slats underneath.
