We liked the friendly staff and welcoming we also liked the location as it was close to the city centre and Cadbury world The food was good

The first room we checked into when we flushed the toilet made the whole room smell of sewage and was very unpleasant.we complained and got put into another room straight away the second room was a lot better except looked like splash marks on the walls The bed was extremely uncomfortable very hard and struggled to sleep due to being in agony with bad backs couldn't wait to leave so we could get a decent night's sleep .
