Good location for what I needed. Good parking. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast.

Room had an odour, but staff were helpful in remedying the situation, apologised and moved us to a bigger room which was fresh. Happy with the resolution and support given. Could do with a brighter light option as it was dark getting ready in the day time. Not a huge issue but ideally brighter light would be good.

Staff were great, room was a bit tired and needs refurbishment.

Lighting in room was poor

Cleaning people were the best. Lovely lovely lady.

The carvery was always cold even the gravy was luke warm. The garden furniture needs updating a lot of it is broken. And the ceiling in the bar area was leaking. Needs money spending on the place it's a shame

Service was terrible had to stand there for 20 mins to check in and the food was awful, ordered a sandwich and it was the driest thing ever.

Comfy bed & soft towels

There was a yellow mark on the toilet seat which could have been cleaning product but just in case I used an anti bacterial wipe. It was fine then.
