Please note that in winter check-in after 16:30 is not possible. Please also note that in winter, the hotel can only be reached with the Gerlosstein Cable Car. The fee for the cable car is EUR 9 each person one way. No fee for ski pass holders. Parking is available next to the valley station of the cable car. Operating hours are 08:30 to 16:30. The ticket for the cable car is not included in the rate. Please note that in the summer, a fee of EUR 10 (1 ride uphill and downhill) is necessary to access the road (gravel road, single track, partly asphalted).Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

Das Hotel liegt sehr idyllisch. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Der Saunabereich gegen Gebühr ist toll

Leider sind in dem Hotel auch große Schülergruppen untergebracht, so dass die Abendruhe gestört wurde. Man sollte hierzu zumindest auf der Hotelseite einen Vermerk dazu machen. Immerhin werden die Schülergruppen in separaten Räumen verköstigt, aber auf jeden Flur befinden sich die Mehrbettzimmer für die Schüler.

"Mit einem Wort: Traumhaft"

Kurz und knapp: einfach nur HAMMER. Das liebste Personal das wirklich jeden Wunsch erfüllt, Essen perfekt und die private Sauna mit Panorama Blick 1600 m runter ist wirklich ein Stück vom Himmel.

Der mangelnde Schnee hat leider das Rodeln vermiest dafür gabs gratis und mit Förderband die snowtubing bahn die ein Spaß für groß und klein ist und direkt neben dem Hotel liegt
