Staff and services were good

The surrounding area looks too remote. There was no room heater, which is essential, especially in winter. The hotel can also do better in terms of cleanliness.

Just staff manners

Nothing else. They were refurbishing hotel. Painting . The smell was awful. Health hazard. I could not breathe properly. Really sad.

the furniture were new, 24/7 reception, on site restaurant

dusty, dirty bedsheet, blood stains and hair in it. They changed it immediately when we asked, but still it is NOT nice at all to check in such condition. The window had a glass mounted air conditioner which basically made the window be open throughout the night, meaning the cold was coming in. Blankets were not enough.

"Fine for short stay. But not recommended if you want to sleep during the day because of the noise."

Location was good. have some options for foods.

During the day, you will hear lot of noise in the room from outside the room as well as from the outside the building.
