The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown Delhi.

"Worst experience with booking and Batra hotel"

Fake property and look like not verified by booking. com. Hotel Batra Home person was rude and ask me to speak with the website person from where I have booked. Have contacted booking. com via there app but they also did not replied. No responsibility and authenticity at all nor by the hotel or online portal.

Have booked online via your booking website and on the day when I was going to checkin into the hotel I had call the hotel person and he told that there is no room available. Post that i have raised the issue to booking.com via there app from there also I did not got any reply. Pl do not book this hotel even it is the last hotel in this universe. Finally I have book some other hotel by directly visiting the hotel. Wasted my time and energy using booking.com website as listed hotel look all bogus to me on there website as I things they are not verified by this website
