The location. Few minutes from the motorway.

The room hasn't been made ready for the new guests (me) When I entered the room seen the messy bed, bathroom, floor. Left to he same condition that the previous guest left it whe he checked out. The phone number provided..put the line on me down after 3- ringing attempt. I have contacted the property by email too...still no answer. I have contacted booking.com customer service message..but still no answer..from they side either. As they don't have a proper helpline who can help in this kind of incident. After a 8 hour drive this is the last thing you want to happen to enter a dirty room. Very disappointed 😞 ☹️

"Nie wieder Scheunenwerk unter diesem Gastgeber!"

Der Preis war ok. Die Mitarbeiterin im Café war nett.

Eigentlich der Rest. Das Zimmer war nicht sauber, samt Schimmel, schlechter Abdunkelungsmöglichleiten und zuvor versprochene Leistungen gab es am Ende gar nicht (Frühstück, Gemeinschaftsküche). Die größte Enttäuschung war aber der Gastgeber. Er meldete sich 2 Tage überhaupt nicht, da ich eher auschecken wollte. Auch auf Nachfrage bei Booking gab es keine Reaktion und Booking war leider auch nicht hilfreich („wir können da auch nichts machen, sorry“.) Als ich den Gastgeber über deine Mitarbeiterin trickreich ans Telefon bekommen habe, sagte er nur lapidar: „da kann ich jetzt auch nichts machen, früherer Check-out möglich, sehr Sie bezahlen trotzdem den vollen Preis. Ich kann Ihnen aber einen Café kostenlos anbieten“. So eine unglaubliche Frechheit hab ich noch nie erlebt. Selbst die Gaststätte nebenan meinte, dass der Gastgeber Mega unfreundlich und schwierig ist…
