New modern hotel, great location, nice rooftop pool , great bed, very kind staff ( Rose at the reception was very friendly and willing to help with anything)

No breakfast buffet option, but it was not an issue for me as there are lot of places you can eat any time of the day in this area

Great spot near the night market and old city! The room was exactly what I expected—clean and comfortable. The rooftop pool was a nice surprise—usually empty, which was perfect for some quiet time. No breakfast, but that wasn't a big deal for me. Ross and her team were super helpful, making the stay smooth. Definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a solid hotel in a convenient location.

Rooms are wonderful. Location is very central. We enjoyed being closer to the river. It is off a main road so way less traffic noise. The beds and linens were incredible.

"Great location, amazing staff"

Located 18 min walk from Tha Phae gate and right next to the night bazaar, the property was an ideal location to enjoy Chiang Mai and it’s night life. The staff were incredibly kind and allowed us to store our bags the whole day after we checked out and helped us get a private driver to see elephants. We stayed during Loy Krathong/Yee Ping and there were many events in the area for the festival.
