Excellent modern and very large room…very friendly and helpful staff…very good value…downtown location so many places to eat nearby

Quite a bit of music noise from bars down the road but it did finish at midnight and the room’s sound proofing was good…not too much available for breakfast and had to be ordered a day before…no bathtub in our room

"Good quality hotel with some nice extras"

The bedroom quality was excellent. Large room big comfy bed. The rooftop pool, gym and massage area are very good for a small 8, room hotel Staff are very friendly Rooftop pool and bar is excellent facility and we had it mainly to ourselves

There is no real breakfast facility. They can do a breakfast if you want but choice is very limited. Rooftop pool is very arrow and not revealed on the promotion pictures of the place.

The rooms are very nice, clean and have a good design. They are basically modern apartments in the middle of Chiang Mai, which is very convenient. The location is great, there is a lively night market just down the road, and the city centre and its attractions are close by. Staff are very friendly and provide a free cocktail at the rooftop bar area. It's a great convenient place to stay at whilst you explore the rest of Chiang Mai, I will stay here again next time I visit Chiang Mai.
