Hotel Viswa Grand

Location is good but restaurant facility is not good

No auto stand near by. They can try to bring one near by..also price can be reduced may be kept at 4000rs

Breakfast served with same items both days.. Items ware not tasty and not hygiene also.

In rooms, absolutely no ventilation. AC set put in a wrong place. Bathrooms with no ventilation . Room service by the canteen poor. Canteen listed so many food items in the menu but when asked " not available" was the readymade answer. Lot to improve. I experienced poor stay at this hotel.

Clean and well maintain.

Breakfast was good but the dining hall could have been better managed like the other areas. The hotel is a little far from the main attraction, 20 mins. Thus once back in hotel there is nothing much to do in the evening.

The staff is very polite and responsive to our requests. The Room service is as good as any 5star hotels. The quality of food and drinks are noticeably better than any Kanyakumari restaurants. The room has a balcony with a good view and breeze.

Only minus point , there is no dining facility. But they have excellent room service - delivery of steaming hot and tasty food in minutes.
