"Unfortunately won’t visit again"

Clean room

No customer service . Power went out at 6am. Apparently this happened the day before. Would have been nice to know it’s a problem. We had to get ready in the dark as there aren’t many windows. We tried the after hours phone but no one answered. Very poor customer service considering we paid $300 for a room.

The location is spectacular! Mountain Views all around. Walk to restaurants. Great staff. The room was clean.

The towel hook by the sink was broken. Small shower. Many hotel options in Yellowstone are older and a little dated and you pay a premium price because it is a tourist location. The towel hook by the sink was broken.

"We stayed for one night before a backcountry yurt trip, the Antler lodge was the perfect place to base camp before we he"

Location was awesome, the room was comfortable for 4 adults, plenty of space to bring wet gear inside and dry it out from days of skiing.

Parking was confusing and chaotic — snowmobiles and trailers everywhere, but we figured it out.
