Antlers Lodge

Good location near the entrance to Yellowstone Park.

Too many emails prior to checking in. The parking space for our room was not ideal: on a steep hill

Location was good

They had no power…..thus no heat no lights no hot water no Wi-Fi etc. we had to find another hotel in town.

The lodge itself was nice and all of the flowers outside were so pretty.. would have liked the restaurant to be open during our stay… but was told it opened during winter.

I would have wished there had been some type of ice machine for our use and a fire pit with seating outside would have been great to be outside. (We were shocked that we had arrived back to our room the day before departure after being away all day to find our door was left unlocked after housekeeping had been there that day)

ALL THE E MAILS, ESPECIALLY AT 5 AM!!!! WHEN I AM ON VACATION!!!! WENT FOR A DRIVE, CHECK OUT WAS AT 10 AM, WENT BACK TO ROOM AT 9:30AM AND EVERYTHING WAS STRIPPED DOWN. THE DOOR DOES NOT LOCK. TOOOOOOO MANY RULES AND REGULATIONS!!!!, LIKE IN THE EMAILS, IN PERSON, RUNNING OUT TO ASK WHAT WE ARE DOING--LIKE WALKING TO OUR PICKUP

I think that the history of the facility should be enhanced upon and utilize the large lodge facility for food and drink as in the past.

People were super friendly and helpful! Very kind and courteous. We stayed in the “motel” part not the cabins but the rooms were spacious and had all necessary facilities. Nice touch was the toiletries and coffee machine!
