I stayed twice in my trip from Pune to Munnar and Back. Each times basic facilities like intercom didn’t work. Room service order for. Pizza took more than an hour.

In our return stay our celing fan wouldn’t work and the shower knobs were very tight to operate. Also during our buffet breakfast a lady staff was discretely filming guests having food which looked seriously very odd

The stay was really good. But the toiletries were not filled (shampoo and body wash) in one of the rooms.

The manager was not at all cooperative, he was pushing customers for the offline booking and the tariff was really high. If you are planning for the early morning, please don't opt for this hotel. Please plan your trip accordingly. And the reception guy kept calling despite that I said I would need some time to park my car, because I already exhausted due to the travel.
