Nothing is there to like disappointed 😞

They hv charged 4600 for night and they hv told they will provide extra bed for kids. After that they start asking 1500 extra at night 11 .45pm. Then staff called me at night 12.40 Am for bed asking u want r not. Common sense is not there for staff disturbenss through out night. 3 year kid 2 to 3 time wakeup due to staff behavior. Breakfast was nt good nothing much to tell limited. Palav was very bad. In bathroom from flush water was leaking whole night irritating sound in room they said its superior suit room. I kindly request all gust who r traveling to davengere to look at the hotel room once and then book. Photo is different from app photos

The room was very good Bathroom was equipped with latest fitting TV was operational.

Restaurant needs to have some local cousins

Beds,Sofa chairs, small round table,lighting in room,mirror, cupboard are comfortable. Kettle for hot water with mineral water and tea coffee satchets are provided. Towels are clean. Upholstery is clean. Bathroom and toilet mats daily change is probably not there.

For Senior Citizens, TV. of no value as it is Netflix based. Staff also not trained in its operation. A small bluestar fridge is there. AC needs rehauling. Temperature is not maintained and varying. Similarly fan. Needs rehauling as dust probably there. Intercom system not functional. Plug points some need check up. Shaving kit being given only on demand. Overall worth only Rs 2750/- gross per room single person. Wifi not used due to Security reasons so cannot judge

Knowledge of frontline staff in reception and restaurant needs improvement . No proper coordination between desks
