Bestätigte Zimmerkategorie nicht Erhalten. Ich habe ein Doppelzimmer Deluxe bestätigt bekommen und ein kleines Einzelzimmer erhalten, selbst auf dem Bildschirm am Check in War ein solches drauf.

"Omijać szerokim łukiem!"

Brak dostępu do pokoju. Terminal obsługujący dostęp do pokoi nie działał. Obsługa tylko odebrała telefon i obiecali że ktoś oddzwoni i rozwiąże problem. Cisza do tej pory. W nocy, zostaliśmy dosłownie na lodzie. Bez noclegu! Unikać!!!

Die Zimmer sind schön. Ruhige Lage.

Es war sehr kalt (Zimmer, Badezimmer). Man konnte nicht lüften, der Türgriff der Balkontüre ist abmontiert. Wo ist das tolle Frühstück hingekommen?
