Per fare il chek in non ho ricevuto assistenza e sono rimasto oltre un'ora e mezza prima di avere la stanza. Nessuno presente dello staff la domenica sera alle ore 19.30 circa Volevo andarmene. E stai certo che li non prenoterò mai più .

Kurzfristig(?) kein Frühstück vor Ort (keine Info vorab), stattdessen Gutschein von 10,- für gutes Café, das aber 15 Minuten entfernt ist. Im Hotel keine Getränke. Ein Getränkeautomat wäre wünschenswert. Räume zu warm. Vergrößerungsspiegel im Bad (+), hängt viel zu hoch!?

I had a very cosy single room which had enough space, a very comfortable bed, a well equipped bathroom. The room and the corridors were immaculately clean, which made a great impression. I liked the fact that the hotel has its own ample parking lot.

Unfortunately the check in machine had a problem upon my arrival and I couldn't check in. I had to call the number I found on my reservation and talk to somebody and ask for help. They had to inform the technician on duty. It worked in the end but was stressful taking into account it was past 23.00 when I arrived. My second complaint is that there was no possibility to buy breakfast in the hotel. You had to walk or drive downtown. I was under the impression you could buy breakfast in the hotel - this was mentioned in several reviews which I read. I think such info should be absolutely added to the description of the hotel.
