Manuel and the other receptionist were great.

The bed could have been a tad bit softer.

It was not clean enough, and the room we were in had bed bugs. We had to leave to a different spot at night. Would not recommend staying here and it’s kind of mind boggling how it had such good ratings. Staff was really nice though.

The bathroom is extremely small; I kept hitting my elbows on the walls while washing my hair in the shower. The sheets were old and rough. The closet is tiny, and it has a small refrigerator inside, so there's no room for dresses or coats. The website says it has a restaurant, but it doesn't; it only has a café next door. The rooms don't have air conditioning, and my friend's room didn't have windows (Most of the rooms do not have a window), the room felt very hot. The photos are all fake.

Que no había microondas, que no aceptan niños (este hotel me gusto para traer mas adelante a un hijo de 12 años pero solo es para mayores)
