It was clean and a good location

My bed was not comfortable, no roof access, no lamp in my room, lighting was annoying

The hotel is a beautifully restored modern building situated in the heart of Mexico City's tourism district. My wife and I stayed in a simple room, but the experience was elevated by the exceptional staff. They were respectful and eager to offer suggestions on how we could make the most of both the hotel and the surrounding city. This is definitely a place we would return to, no matter the season.

We were unable to access a hot beverage or a method to prepare hot tea. It would be helpful to have options available for making hot drinks in the future.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel proche du métro Chapultepec et du parc de Chapultepec (dans lequel il y a plusieurs attractions de la ville) était très pratique. L'hôtel était calme ce qui est appréciable car Mexico est une ville bruyante. La chambre était propre. Le personnel était très gentil. Le décor de la chambre est un habillage des murs avec du sapin, ce qui rappelle la montagne (Mexico est une ville en altitude à 2240 mètres).

Il n'y a pas de petit déjeuner proposé par l'hôtel mais il y a un café juste à côté de l'hôtel et il est proposé du café en libre service dans une salle à côté de l'accueil (à savoir car non expliqué à l'arrivée). La salle de bain de notre chambre était très petite. La connaissance en anglais du personnel de l'accueil était approximative (mais on se débrouille avec Google Translate). Pour améliorer notre séjour, il aurait été appréciable de disposer d'une bouilloire dans la chambre pour se faire du thé ou un café instantané le matin.
