Hotel Exotica Squares

Prime location. Opp Natural Bridge tourist attraction. Room with AC was specious and clean. Washroom was clean with hot and cold water.WiFi in room. Staff was quite welcoming and helpful. Nice garden view. Pure veg restaurant as well as non veg restaurant are right outside the hotel. Both the restaurant will get closed post 5pm. Hotel also has its own restaurant..Overall it was a wonderful stay.

More option should be there on the breakfast . The egg omlet should not have been charged extra. Wi-Fi should be extended to the Rooms.

No Wi-Fi in rooms

Location was good.

It was very secluded and power got cut repeatedly.

Room is spacy, clean and our stay here is the same that we expected and is very near to laxmanpur beach and staff is also fine

Staff behaviour was excellent. Mr Madhu Mihir went out of his way to add one of the Sports TV Channels on my request.

Sharp Corners of the Bed in our allotted Room ( 102 )

The room size was very big. Washrom facilties were also good. The place is extremely beautiful with full of greenery. Restaurant served buffet dinner and breakfast. Best part is the property is adjuscent to Laxmanpur Beach 2 where you can see the Natural Bridge or Howrah Bridge of Neil Island, so the cost of sightseeing is saved!

TV was not working

The location

Very rude manager. Just didn’t adjust with anything. He switched off our AC from outside which we purposely kept on to keep the room cold in the heat, while we were not in the room. They didn’t even provide us with water boiler, saying we are in a deluxe room and not premium or vice versa. After much arguing they finally complied. Bathroom didn’t have 24 hour hot water supply but instead had a small basic electric geyser which will boil only 2 litre hot water at a time. Neil island is amazing but this hotel and the manager were disappointing.

Room size and bed

All pictures showcased does not tally with ground location majorly there is no lake/pond facing.

Property is in good shape, very courteous staffs, rooms were clean, walkable distance from the laxmanpur beach 2 and natural bridge formation

I have no complaints, apart from frequent power outages(which is a problem in general in the area) however they have a powerful generator which they turn on immediately. Food can be better, may be the case of bad choice of items which we ordered
