Breakfast was very low quality. What I was charged was more than double the room tariff charged by the hotel for the walk-in customers.

Location is too bad with no road at all, completely dark and too deep inside from the road.

The location of the property is excellent. It is located just next to coral bridge which is one of the most beautiful viewpoints in Neil island. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Cleanliness is excellent. All the rooms have balcony and view from balcony is very pleasant. You get beautiful gardens infront of your room. Food options are decent and tasty except for breakfast.

The staff especially owner is bit rude. We felt he could have handled some of the questions in much calmer way. Breakfast is complimentary but not that great both in terms of options as well as taste. It's a nightmare to get autos in whole of Neil island as they are limited. Make sure you book one cab for your entire trip so that you don't have to look out for auto every time you want to step out. Since this is an island, electricity is a serious issue. Be prepared for not getting hot water and fluctuations in AC/fan.

Food was good. no problem..

Power supply was a problem. It seems Neil Island itself has the electricity issue .. Exotic Square had a huge generator but that didn't solve the continuous power outage. We were glad India was out of the World cup :-D because the wifi didnt work and there was no power too... else we wud have missed the match!

It was walking distance away from the coral bridge .

No kids channel on tv subscribed . Notjing much to do after 5 pm

The location of hotel is very good. Staff were very good. Food was also very nice.

They do not provide packaged drinking water or tea materials in room
