Rooms was a decent size with functioning amenities. Bed was comfy.Staff were friendly and helpful. This made for the limited English some of them speak. Card payment facility was a bonus. On call spa treatments and tours organised by the hotel were great additions

Mosquitoes and cockroaches in the room. Location was a bit of an issue as was further away from the harbour. Took on of the package tour and was dismayed that the driver wouldn't let me off at my harbour though we drive by it. Wanted me to pay a separate fee

Our room was amazing and the pool area was really nice too.

Staff did make you feel unwelcome at times as they seemed like they didn’t want to help with anything. There’s also not a whole lot to do on the island

Very friendly staff. Good size room. Nice pool. Mostly quiet location (but see below) away from noisey road. Staff do good job cleaning the room when requested. Everything works well (fridge, shower, aircon). Location in Peninda is great. For the price it's a budget friendly option.

Noise from staff outside room (especially the person who sweeps/brushes the floor every morning at 7am for an hour, not the most relaxing sound to wake up to!). Sometimes staff were noisy when guests are by pool also, something for hotel management to be mindful of. WiFi speed is OK but it consistently disconnects.
