Location was great. Outdoor pool was amazing. Service was great.

The towel had stains however, when we asked for new towels they provided straight away. They had a sign saying they were open for vreakfast and lunch but everytime we asked they didnt have a chef available.

Very nice hotel, beautiful garden and pool! The room was big and looked very nice. Bathroom was a bit less fancy but that was totally fine!

Just that it is a bit far from the center, but everyone rents scooters in Nusa penida anyway so we didn't think it was that big of a problem!

The staff was incredible help us manage everything what we need, the place was very clean, very nice, comfy, the menu had not lot of choices but it was excellent what we orderd. I would like to come back again. Thank you for everything especially the girls from reception 🙏

Nice pool and big room

Wow. The grounds are immaculate. The pool area is lovely - especially because it has its own private place with loungers and the restraint area - no rooms looking in. We used the restraint area a lot to work from, especially goood because there are wall plugs near the tables. The staff are friendly. Room service every day with fresh towels. They even changed our bed sheets maybe 5x over our two week stay. Location is really nice, close to a Main Street with lots of shops.

We took the cheapest room, it was in a hallway with a lot of other rooms and the hallway had seating and a meeting space. This unfortunately made the room very noisy because you can hear everything going on in the hallway. One night there was a big group who came at 2am and congregated in this area. There is also no drinking water provided (accept 2x 200ml bottled 2x a day). In the cheap room there is no kettle, we ended up asking reception for hot water when we wanted tea which they were happy to do.

Very nice hotel, but it’s a 15 minute scooter ride from the main area with most of the restaurants. It is convenient for getting to lots of the sightseeing locations.

Good location. Large sized room. Good facilities at the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
