Our room and the beds were super comfortable. The pool area was clean snd fresh. The location was convenient to a lot we were wanting to do, and the staff were efficient and friendly like family. I will stay there again. Everything in the unit worked great. Very well cared for property.

They don't have a breakfast, so bring what you need. They have a fridge, microwave and coffee in the rooms. Cleanliness. Very friendly, helpful, accommodating staff! Plenty for families to do on-site, which is a huge plus if you have children! Conveniently located to other areas, which opens a huge door for full days. When we left, it was early. Staff called to notify us that a pair of nice boots was left behind. They are arranging to send them to us!! That is something that has never been offered when this happened previously. Great customer service!

We asked to move to an upper level room from a lower level room due to a family that was very 'active' at all hours. It seemed. My 'didn't like' has nothing to do with the motel. Brian was more than accommodating, giving immediate solution to this situation. We were moved upstairs right away. That made ALL of the difference!

The wood side motel room was really nice and quiet. . It was walkable and the town is amazing. The place has a mom and pop vibe. We liked that.

Our shower drain was plugged. That was gross.
