"Ok, friendly atmosphere, food ok"

Bath room would benefit from a makeover. Damaged water swollen bath panel, plus lots of drill holes/rawl plugs visible in the walls and tiles

Comfortable, quiet room. Staff very helpful and friendly. Food was superb.

Room was a bit shabby and could do with an upgrade. Hopefully, this will be done quite soon. Whilst the food was exceptional, the price was a bit high, which is a shame.

"A good nights stay"

Close to the grand union canal, which we’re walking. Quiet room at the back of the hotel. Large comfy bed, fantastic water pressure in the shower , good meal in the restaurant, staff very friendly. Our 2nd time here.
