Great location. The pub is so quaint and lovely. The accommodation was really reasonable in price and we really enjoyed the views from the living area. Cosy and quiet.

The bed was a bit creaky which usually wouldn’t be the end of the world but we had our baby in the travel cot in the same room so we were conscious of waking her up. Extractor fan in en suite was rattling through the night.

The location was deep in the countryside, as we’d hoped. We loved the decor, it was sophisticated, tasteful and somewhat unusual. Everything was selected with great care, complementing the venerable age of the hotel. Our room was gorgeous, aesthetically pleasing, a real pleasure to spend the night there. The restaurant food (and breakfast) was good too. The staff were friendly and helpful. Returning!

Very good little bungalow with its own kitchen and sitting area

Poor upkeep. Not cleaned to a high standard at all. Could be so so much better. Bed was noisy when turning in the night Toilet is basically on top of the radiator. Heating doesn’t come in until 8:30am
