Excellent location, helpful and friendly staff.

A nice small heritage hotel. Has a garden and is situated between the access road and beach promenade. So easy go for a walk on the beach promenade where no traffic is allowed.

Night time staff or guests are noisy. Door banging..

Location. It’s on the promenade.

Extremely over priced. No swimming pool. No roof tap bar. Indifferent front office staff. After spending 30K per night, u would at-least expect basic courtesies.

The staff was very helpful and polite, and the view (the part not obstructed by construction activity) was pretty good. Waking up seeing the waves crash against the shore is a nice experience, since the suites have a direct view of the promenade beach

There was some construction on the property when we visited which obstructed with the views, and added a lot of noise. This construction I think was for the personal quarters of the owner of the hotel. They should have reduced the rates for the duration of the construction It costed us upwards of 20k INR per night and for that kind of money you would expect the best, but unfortunately due to the construction going on and also the hot water not working for 2 days it wasn't an ideal experience The staff was pretty helpful though so can't fault them, they even upgraded us to their best suite for our last night, to compensate for the hot water not working in our suite for the first 2 days

The property was in a good location.

There was ongoing maintenance and the staff were subdued and not particularly helpful when I approached reception early morning to request coffee.

Great location and great view.
