Only positive is location.

Pretty small room for a family. There is no proper car parking. Cleanliness wasn't maintained. Considering above mentioned factors, room charges is way too high. I was not even given the receipt for my payment.

Location, location and location Beautifully situated on the Promenade beach, the location is just brilliant. Its in the centre of action of white town, with all other cafes close by. We got the beach facing room, and the sunrise views from the balcony were spectacular! When you go ask for the beach facing room. Services and facilities were also up to the mark, with everything you expect, being provided from dryers, steam press to toiletries.

Their breakfast menu, it was not adequate and the taste was also not great. It such a nice place and a lot could be done with it to enhance customer experience. The room we had, had a huge water tank blocking the views. They can surely find a better place for it.

pondicherry was not as expected. villa cavi is on the seaside but the entrance is in a very narrow street, crowded and difficult to access with the cab. no one was there to help getting out of the car

I expected sea view, I had back street view and I couldn’t even open the curtains as I was on the ground floor. water boiler was unplugged cause the cable is too short so that was non possible to use it. Luckily I had a Mc. Giver idea to get this working. breakfast was very poor and only instant coffee was available.
