The location, it is very near to all major places

Checkin time was 11:30-12, they made us checkin at 12:40. Reception is of no use, you should better get out and buy things yourself instead of calling them. Washroom was not at all clean. Facilities in booking.com are total fake, there is room, wifi, that's it, ntng else

"Good food and staff, but poor room hygiene and Wi-Fi."

The staff were friendly, the food tasted good, and having a pub in the same place was a plus.

The room had cockroaches and a strong smell. Even after repeatedly requesting a room freshener, the issue was not resolved. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was very poor.
