Very helpful staff, especially the receptionist. The restobar is really good. It has a pub as well on the top floor, which I didn't visit. Rooms are spacious and clean, especially the bathroom.

Could have provided toothbrush and toothpaste as well. Families may not prefer the ambience of the in house restaurant, as it is a restobar.

The hotel room was not good. We went outside and when we came back to the room, there was a disgusting smell all over it. Then the hotel guy shifted us to another room, which was smaller than than the previous room. By next day, the AC was not cooling at all. In the day time it is heavy sun light in the room even there is curtains. There is a pub just on top of our room and could hear it's noise till 12-1 am. So over all it was not comfortable.

Nothing to like here and avoid staying in this hotel and this is the genuine feedback.

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Poor Hygiene, Misleading Charges, and Aggressive Staff We booked this hotel for a short family stay and requested an extra mattress for our child, which was charged at ₹1000 per night. Unfortunately, the experience was far below expectations. - No Balcony or Ventilation: The room felt suffocating with no open space or airflow. - TV Useless: It didn’t work properly and only had Tamil channels, with no option to change or reset. - No Drinking Water: RO water wasn’t provided. We had to purchase bottled water at inflated prices. - No Tea/Coffee Setup: Only a kettle was provided, but no tea, coffee, or basic beverage options. - No Housekeeping: The next day, no fresh towels or bedsheets were arranged. They simply reused the same dirty linen, which smelled bad. - Checkout Harassment: At checkout, the staff falsely accused us of staining the bedsheets—marks that were already present and hidden under the blanket. The male receptionist became aggressive, argued unnecessarily, and demanded ₹300 despite full payment being made in advance. His behavior was intimidating and unprofessional. This place is not worth the price or the stress. Avoid if you value hygiene, honesty, and basic hospitality.
