The property not well maintained. The bathroom wooden doors have literally rotten. Showers did not have good flow. Some holes were blocked. This is basic maintenance which is ignored. Finally cockroaches! We literally had to notify room service to use some hit spray..poor wooden maintenance has caused severe cockroach infestation. Tv did not worked.

The only thing good was the location and I had say the that they let me change clothes after I checked out aside this nothing, I had to carry my own bag to outside no service staff.

Avoid This Place – Worst Hotel Experience Ever I wish I could give this place zero stars. My stay was a complete disaster from start to finish. The first room I was given was in terrible condition – broken faucets, a bathroom ceiling that looked like it was about to collapse, and a bathroom door that didn’t even close because it had no knobs. The AC barely worked, and the linens had food stains. When I asked for them to be changed, I was told, “It’s just food spots” and that they had no extra linen because it was “all in laundry.” The washroom smelled awful, and loud music from the upper floor made it impossible to rest. On top of that, the Wi-Fi didn’t work. At first, the staff blamed my Android phone. When my friend’s iPhone had the same issue, the staff admitted that Wi-Fi doesn’t work for iPhones at all. The property itself felt shady and deserted – I saw maybe one or two other guests the whole time. My “room upgrade” after complaining wasn’t much better. The drawers had empty liquor bottles, the bathroom mirror was so dirty you couldn’t see yourself, and the trash bin still had garbage from the previous guest. And yes, the Wi-Fi problem was still there. The 2nd-floor rooms are even worse – absolutely unmaintained and uncomfortable. With all these issues, I’m not surprised the place is always empty. If you value your comfort, hygiene, or basic service, do not book this hotel.
