If you overlook that it's still a work in progress, what they have built already is pretty good. The complex is pretty unique as architecture and styling and may not be to everyone's taste, but all in all you can see that it is being built with a lot of effort and it has some interesting quirks. The double deluxe studio on the top floor was very good, although it could have used some sort of a paravane to better separate the two sleeping areas. Despite this, it was very well furnished and the view was awesome. The Spa was good, despite still under construction in some areas. It would need to be regularly checked by staff though for amortization in some spots that should not be left unfixed. The restaurant was excellent, the block table was rich and diverse and plentiful. The waiting staff, although seemingly slightly inexperienced, were very polite and attentive and non intrusive. Front desk was also great and assisted immediately with several requests.

One elevator for so many floors is nearly not enough and there are times when we had to wait a lot to go up or down. Not sure how this can be improved though. Ventilation in some areas can also be improved. As other guests have noted, you do need to install towel dryers in the bathrooms, else your bathrobes will never not be wet between spa visits.

I really enjoyed the hotel facilities — everything was clean, comfortable, and well-organized. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. And the weather was absolutely amazing, adding the perfect touch to the whole experience.

location is not easy, in a road that is still under renovation

Хотел с добро местоположение и интериор, но с някои битови неуредици - в банята липсва сушилник (или лира) , а това създава проблеми със сушенето на кърпи и халати. Обслужването не е на ниво - част от екипа на хотела имаше грубо и недопустимо отношение към гости на хотела.

Битовото обслужване и комуникацията с някои служители от персонала
