Felt like it was unfinished . The / swimming pool was partly shut off for children’s swim lessons . The other parts were not relaxing and there was a musty smell too .

Nothing apart from the quiet, which changed the next morning.

Where do I start? The hotel is a fake. This has to be the worst hotel I have stayed at in Bulgaria. We booked a suite. The spa area had no staff there, most of the area was closed. There was a bad smell in the air, like stagnant water, not mineral water. The toilet did not flush in our room, we told them at the reception. We came back later, they said it was fixed. It flushed once and never again. When we showered the waste water filled the bathroom floor as it was bubbling up from the drains, looks also that the water was mixed with the water from the toilet waste. We went to report it to reception, as we wanted a different room only to find that this was all locked up, with the lights off. This was early evening. We ended up using toilets elsewhere in the hotel. The curtain poles fell apart when we closed the curtains. The food available was a very basic menu. I had chicken teriyaki. What turned up was fried chicken pieces, with rice in a mound separate and some stewed vegetables. Nowhere was there any teriyaki sauce. I did not eat anymore than one mouthful. All we got from the staff member was sorry you didn’t like it. Never removed it from the bill. The other main was a risotto, which I was told was nice, so no complaints on that. We woke this morning to heavy drilling noises and full of builders. Looks like they are renovating or something. The waitress in breakfast was sorry that we had a poor stay. She was the only one who sounded apologetic, not even her job. We complained at the reception and were told sorry you didn’t enjoy your stay, nothing further. Absolutely no genuine attempt to even ask our opinion, sounded like this was a normal outcome from them to hear and not surprised that these were our complaints. She said sorry you didn’t enjoy your stay. I said sorry that I had paid over 400lv for the experience.

Τα δωμάτια καθαρά και ζεστά! Το πρωινό πλούσιο με φρέσκο ψημένες βάφλες! Μέσα στην τιμή μας παρείχε και βραδινό το οποίο ήταν πεντανόστιμο! Το χειμώνα λειτουργεί μόνο η μία πισίνα η οποία είναι ζεστή αρκετά ενώ με το πάτημα κουμπιών κατά μήκος της, τη μετατρέπεις σε τζακουζι! Σούπερ!!!

Ο δρόμος μπροστά στο ξενοδοχείο καθώς και ο δρόμος για το πάρκινγκ είναι χωματόδρομος όχι καλά διατηρημένος.

To be honest the only things that I liked about the property were the staff at reception and the spa center and the retro cars in the back of the hotel.

Where do I begin.. it’s not a 5 star hotel at all. Reasons being are such as cleanliness not up to a good level (very dirty windows in my room + cigarette butts on the floor of the terrace). The absence of an espresso coffee machine in the restaurant. I asked for an espresso and I was referred to use a vending machine, which is totally absurd for a hotel pretending to be “5 stars”. The cleanliness of the spa area is questionable. There was mold in some of the facilities and dust everywhere on the so called “relax zone”. This is a far as the interior goes. Another inconvenience is that the so called parking is at the back of the hotel and in order to enter the hotel afterwards you need to go through the pool area and restaurant. Also the two “streets” that lead to the hotel (back and front) are both dirt roads (no asphalt).
