"Awful location. Dodgy Price Discount."

Not much.

No bar. No evening meals. No nice beach. Stuck beside a dual carriageway. Overpriced. I'm also convinced the price reduction advertised was a con. No way would you pay over £200 a night for this place. £20 a night would be more realistic. Booked for four nights, stayed for one. Bet I have 0% chance of getting a refund.

spacious and clean with pretty decoration and beautiful sea view. breakfast was full of various food. Chalong beach，the location of hotel quiet and in front of beautiful private beach and  staff are friendly.

"A very long way from 5* would NOT recommend!"

The bed was ok

We booked what was advertised as a 5* hotel. The booking.com advert said pool bar and other things that this place just hasn't got! When we arrived at 14:20 they couldn't find our booking, then said the room wasn't ready come back in an hour, we went to the restaurant to get a drink and some food. We were given menus and told we could have orange juice or watermelon juice! When we went to order food they said sorry restaurant is now closed! We left it 2 hours (searching for food) before going back then were still kept waiting. The Pool bar was rusty and clearly hadn't been open for years. The breakfast was mediocre at best. This is a 'has been' hotel. Definitely not 5 star!!!

"Nice sea view beach stay"

Lovely sea view from the room which was nice. Hotel was clean, nice facilities. Pool was also lovely and there is breakfast if you’d like to add it on. Staff were really helpful.

The location wasn’t the best, it’s on a busy road and not super close to centre location of Rawai. The beach on the hotel is quite dirty so you can’t really swim there.

Quiet resort. Plenty of local amenities fir massage, local food. Dome Western food. Great location for water taxi to Banana Beach, coral Bay and plenty of other smaller islands. The hotel staff will help you with any language barriers. Great stay forc4 nights. Also Hidden elephant sanctuary near by which wad brilliant 1/2 day experience.

Beds were a little hard for me. But ok for my daughter.
