1.The location of the beach was in the middle of fisherman village, not at all suitable for playing by the beach. 2. The swimming pool was awful. Both my boys developed severe nipple inflammation after swimming in their pool (*could be due to very high chlorine level) .. if that's the case they should have put up a sign saying pool not suitable for swimming. 3. Room cleanliness is below average. 4. The corridor lights were off and we had to request for hotel staff to switch it on for us. 5. Food option is also limited. 6. Overall, not worth the price at all.

Good location for my next day trip to Racha Island. Great teams of staff. Stunning sea view.

I showed up, the lobby ladies knew who I was. Like I hadn’t said my name, there was no profile photo. So the only question is: am I the only booking in the last 2 days? The lobby had all of the lights off and looked nothing like the photos, no air conditioning. The little shop in the hotel was closed, elevators were scuffed. The room was filthy, barely looked clean, hairs on the bed, toilet paper had bugs on it, walls had scuffed paint. Beds uncomfy, something you would expect from a cheap 1-2 star hotel. I am not super fancy I stay in cheap places all the time the issue is this hotel is advertised as something that it’s not. Nice at all. I stayed 4 hours and then left bc I was worried I’d get lice or something from the beds and went to another hotel. I would not stay here even if it was free. I was the only person in this entire hotel I saw no one but staff. Every door to every room was open on my floor atleast, all the lights were off in the hallways. I can’t figure out how this is 5 stars or even a running hotel. Do NOT come here I did not check out the spa pool or any other facilities so no idea if they’re good or bad.
