"Worst hotel I have ever stayed at!"

This hotel is a disgrace and should not be advertised as a 5 star hotel. It deserves a 1! If that. It’s run down and looks like something from the 70s the facilities are shocking. There were no Spa facilities available or food buffet on. The staff consisted of around 5 people and the manager seemed to have attitude like you was putting her out whenever you asked for something. One night we couldn’t get into our rooms and there was nobody on front desk so we had to go to the gate security guard who didn’t speak English so he had to ring the manager who spoke to us on FaceTime from bed. We were supposed to be there for 4 nights but we left after 2 and found somewhere else.
