Good location

Wasn’t particularly clean in corridor it rooms. Mound in shower. Staff weren’t particularly friendly but likely because they were understaffed. Supervisor came across as rude. Food portions were stingy and overpriced

Very spacious, nicely presented, family rooms. Bed very comfy. Helpful, friendly staff and good food. Lovely views across the water and of the bridges.

Not hotels fault, but Saturday night saw 'boy racers' with noisy motorbikes and cars go back and forth till the early hours. As our room is next to the road it did disturb sleep initially. Sunday night was lovely and peaceful, though.

Camera molto grande e spaziosa. Presente anche il bollitore e il necessario per fare caffè/te. Al piano di sotto si trova anche il pub dove è possibile cenare e fare colazione.

Si sente il rumore del treno quando passa sul ponte sovrastante l'hotel

Ci hanno contattato la mattina stessa del check-in da Booking che la struttura non poteva accoglierci perché chiusa. La struttura un ora prima per mail ci aveva chiesto di fare il check-in. Avevamo prenotato anche la cena da loro. Ci hanno lasciato senza nulla con due bambine piccole, senza un minimo di scusa dopo aver scritto una mail. Non vogliono i soldi prima ma il pagamento in loco. Secondo me lo fanno per cercare fino all’ultimo di collocare la camera ad un prezzo migliore. Stiamo attendendo il rimborso da Booking ma ci hanno rovinato una giornata

Das Zimmer ist sehr einfach. Es ist ausgestattet für Gäste mit körperlichen Einschränkungen. Für uns war es nicht angenehm Das Fenster hat die ganze Nacht durch den Wind geklappert - es hat uns den Schlaf geraubt Das Zimmer hat einfachste Ausstattung und war für die Kosten unangemessen zu teuer

Das verwinkelte und die sehr schön stimmige Dekoration. Das Bett war super bequem.

Wir wurden am Abend nicht sehr freundlich empfangen. Wir wurden nicht informiert wie wir Einlass funktioniert nach 22 Uhr ins Hotel und wurden nicht aufmerksam gemacht das wir die Autonummer in einem speziellen PC eingeben mussten. Haben wir daher nicht gemacht weil wir das Schild erst sahen nach 22 Uhr und wir kein Einlass mehr an die Bar/Rezeption hatten wo sich das Gerät befand. Sonst war alles andere top.

Quel bel établissement, contînuez à le faire vivre ! Les chambres sont magnifiques. Nous avons passé un très bon moment. Merci pour le très bon petit déjeuner et le délicieux dîner. L'hôtel est plutôt bien situé par rapport à Edimbourg. Les Écossais sont adorables, merci de votre amabilité générale.

Bedroom window only opened a few inches . Maybe needs a fridge in the room . Poor Wi-fi
